Officially registered in April 2013, the company focuses on drilling fluid additives such as compound ammonium salts, with its core product being hydrolyzed polyacrylonitrile ammonium salt (NH4-HPAN), a basic filtration loss reducing product that meets the needs of conventional freshwater and low-salinity drilling fluid systems.

In 2014, it successively developed auxiliary filtration loss reducing agents such as lignite resin and modified starch, combined with emulsified paraffin wax and solid lubricants, forming an early product portfolio suitable for conventional shallow and medium-deep well conditions, primarily serving surrounding oil and gas drilling projects.

In 2015, a basic production workshop was built, the product quality system was established, and relevant production licenses and qualifications were obtained, laying the groundwork for subsequent large-scale production and market expansion.

In 2016, the filtration loss reducing series underwent iteration: the compound ammonium salt formula was optimized, and polyacrylonitrile compound ammonium salts and bis-polyammonium salts were launched, improving salt and temperature resistance, reaching temperatures up to 150℃, suitable for 4% salt-cement slurry systems, while reducing the dosage to 0.5%-1%, enhancing cost-effectiveness.

In 2017, the company launched its plugging and sealing series: developing basic plugging agents for fractured and porous leaks, as well as anti-collapse sealing agents suitable for shale formations. By compounding materials such as asphalt and ultrafine calcium carbonate, the company improved mud cake compaction and reduced the risk of wellbore collapse.

In 2018, the company expanded its applications and qualifications: expanding its market to major domestic oil and gas producing areas, participating in multiple drilling fluid system supporting projects, and obtaining more than 10 qualification certificates. In terms of intellectual property, it added trademarks and patents, strengthening its technological barriers.

In 2019, the company upgraded its filtration loss reduction series: developing high-end composite ammonium salts resistant to 200℃, suitable for deep and ultra-deep wells under high temperature and high pressure conditions, with an API high-temperature and high-pressure filtration loss of ≤15mL. Simultaneously, it improved environmental performance, eliminating heavy metal pollution and meeting higher environmental standards.

In 2020: Diversification of the plugging series: Development of oil-based and water-based universal plugging agents, targeting high filtration loss plugging slurries for loss-of-flow formations, exhibiting good suspension stability after 8 hours and pressure resistance up to 7MPa, suitable for various loss formations; optimization of plugging agent formulations to enhance inhibition and embedding effects on hard and brittle shale, reducing the risk of stuck drill pipe.

In 2021: Technology and production capacity optimization: Adjustment of business scope, adding modified ammonium salts for drilling fluids and anti-collapse agents, increasing registered capital to 25 million yuan, enhancing production and R&D capabilities, suitable for complex salt cement slurries, high-temperature deep wells, and other diverse scenarios, strengthening technical cooperation with companies in the industry.

In 2022: Further improvement of product performance: Filtration loss reducers further optimized flow pattern adjustment function, combining viscosity reduction and filtration loss reduction, suitable for challenging directional and horizontal wells; plugging and sealing series combined with nanomaterials to improve the sealing effect on micro-fractures, suitable for complex reservoirs such as shale gas and tight oil.
